PRESTIGE AUTO TRADERS LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Prestige Auto Traders Loyalty Program is operated by Prestige Auto Traders Pty Limited. 180 Mullens Street, Rozelle NSW 2039 ABN 11105105771

Each member of the Prestige Auto Traders Loyalty Program is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Each application for membership of the Prestige Auto Traders Loyalty is subject to acceptance by Prestige Auto Traders in its absolute discretion.
  2. Prestige Auto Traders Loyalty Program membership is only activated, and a membership number issued, upon receipt by Prestige Auto Traders of a fully completed registration form.
  3. Only Retail Customers can apply for, and be a member of the Prestige Auto Traders Loyalty Program. Wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the Prestige Auto Traders Loyalty Program.
  4. A Prestige Auto Traders Loyalty Program member may only hold one Loyalty membership card. Loyalty membership and cards cannot be held jointly.
  5. Membership remains the property of Prestige Auto Traders, and we reserve the right to terminate the membership without notice and without reason.
  6. Employees of Prestige Auto Traders are not eligible to participate in the Prestige Auto Traders Loyalty Program.
  7. For every 100 points you earn, Prestige Auto Traders will give you $50 credit to spend at Prestige Auto Traders.
  8. Points can be earned in a variety of ways
  9. Buying a car
  10. Servicing your car
  11. Buying parts for your car
  12. Referrals
  13. Completing an online customer service survey
  14. Credit can be used towards the following
  15. New car purchase
  16. Servicing (cost of parts and repairs)
  17. Points/Credit Allocation
  18. Buying a Car
    Every $20,000 spent = 200 points.
  19. Servicing your Car
    Every $1,000 spent = 100 points.
  20. Buying Parts for your Car
  21. Every $1,000 spent = 100 points.
  22. Referrals
    Every referral that converts to a sale = 100 points.
    For every 5 referrals that convert to a sale = 200 bonus points.
  23. Completing Online Customer Service Survey
    Limit of 1 customer service survey to be completed per experience = 50 points.
  24. Prestige Auto Traders may also offer bonus Points from time to time on terms set by Prestige Auto Traders in its absolute discretion.
  25. Points will only be awarded after a sale is completed, and payment for that sale has been received by Prestige Auto Traders in full. Please allow approx 14 working days for points balance to be updated.
  26. Loyalty Points cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and points must be used as credit at Prestige Auto Traders only.
  27. Refunds will only be provided for goods and services purchased using a Prestige Auto Traders Loyalty Card in accordance with Prestige Auto Traders refunds and returns policy. In the event of a refund, any Loyalty Points earned for the original purchase will be deducted from the Prestige Auto Traders Loyalty Program account, and if purchased using redeemed Loyalty Points in partial or full payment, Loyalty Points will not be refunded.
  28. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of the Prestige Auto Traders Loyalty Program and by Prestige Auto Traders for marketing and promotion.
  29. Prestige Auto Traders may provide personal information to outside organisations who are contracted by the Prestige Auto Traders Group of companies to carry out advisory, administrative or research functions for Prestige Auto Traders.
  30. To the extent permitted by law, any liability that Prestige Auto Traders may have to a member relating in any way to the Prestige
    Auto Traders Loyalty Program whether for negligence, breach of contract or otherwise is limited:
    a) in the case of any claim relating to points, to crediting the relevant number of points to the member's account;
  31. Prestige Auto Traders may make any changes at any time in its absolute discretion, to these Terms and Conditions. Prestige Auto Traders will provide written notification of any such changes online.
