Adrian Watkin - General Manager

At seven years of age, Adrian declared he was going to spend his life in the motor trade. With commitment like that we think Adrian was always destined to end up as General Manager at Prestige Auto.

Adrian isn’t your average Prestige Car Consultant – whilst he has spent about 20 years in the motor industry, the buzz Adrian enjoys is in getting his customers into great cars.

"At Prestige Auto we have every prestige brand and model covered – and if we don’t have it in, you can be confident we will find it … that is something many specialist and other dealers simply cannot do."

What makes Adrian a little different to most is that he also knows vehicle finance inside out … and having worked with some of the world’s leading prestige brands, he also has knows what to look for when helping someone find the right car.

As Adrian puts it, "I have worked with some of the world’s best prestige marques but the feeling I get when I sell a car to a Prestige Auto’s customer is better than anything I’ve experienced before – the car, the price and the service come together to create one really special package and that’s the sort of outcome that everyone is happy about."

As well as being immersed in the world of Prestige Auto, Adrian is also a proud Dad and we regularly see the family at the office – who knows, we might even be lucky enough to discover another Watkin as part of Prestige Auto team at some stage in the next 20 years.

Having spent some time with one of the big guns of motoring, Mathew was looking for a business that valued the customer over the deal. What attracted him to Prestige Auto was the fact that most of the customers actually seemed more like friends than prospects looking to do a deal.

After more than six years, Mathew is still a big advocate of the Prestige Auto style of business.

"It's amazing to see how our business operates – some weekends we'll have existing customers dropping by to grab a coffee and see what we have in stock … it’s a bit like a gallery for prestige car owners."

Mat puts the success of Prestige Auto down to the fact that the business turns over a lot of stock. As he puts it "because we have good stock volume, there is always something available, irrespective of what you are looking for … for that reason, there is no pressure to sell and our customers are under no obligation to buy. And even if the car you really want is not in stock at that particular moment, chances are we'll have it for you pretty quickly."

Mat believes he's now driven just about every prestige vehicle on the road, but his favourite is the Porsche 911. And on the weekend, if he’s not dreaming about flying down the highway with the roof down you can expect to find him either with a scuba tank on his back, water skis on his feet or a surfboard under his arm.

His great sense of humour is probably the characteristic that draws in the customers and keeps them coming back for more.

With his vast motor knowledge, 30 years of experience and gift of the gab, it is clear that this energetic sales executive has created a winning formula for both himself and the Prestige Auto team.

Phil believes that it is important to maintain good customer relationships, making everyone feel welcome and a part of the "Prestige family". He is sure, this is the reason Prestige Auto has such a great reputation.

His sheer excitement and love for cars truly comes through in his work treating every sale as if he were buying the car. One of his favourite cars is a Mercedes SL600.

When he is not moving cars off the sales floor and making people happy, you can find him enjoying the sun on the tennis court or making the most of down time with the family.

Thomas Cievet

Thomas has worked at an impressive list of global and Australian companies, DHL International, Old-timer Centre selling classic cars, Marcus Burke Auto warehouse, and locally at Sydney Prestige Cars.

Thomas is from France, where he studied law at the University of Lyon. However, since traveling to Australia in 2004 to learn English and experience the Australian way of life he has fallen in Love with Sydney and could not think of anywhere else he would rather be.

One of the main philosophies of Thomas is that he believes "that you get out of life what you put in" and lives each day as it comes. One of the traits which make him a great part of the team at Prestige Auto Traders, proving he demonstrates ambitious determination to go the extra mile for customers.

When Thomas is not happily engaging in car sales on the showroom floor he makes the most out of life by travelling and enjoying fine food. You may even find him indulging in another automotive passion of his outside of cars - dirt bikes.

Erin Olson

For as long as Erin can remember he has always wanted to be in the motor industry starting with Toyota as a cadet at the ripe age of 19 Erin was destined to have a career in the motor trade soon after he fast tracked into wholesale being his true passion and has never looked back.

Erin’s career today has led him to work for the likes of BMW, Toyota and vehicle importers and distributors such as the Inchape automotive Group and finally to day working for Prestige Auto Traders where he is an integral part of the vehicle wholesale department.

With the same passion and enthusiasm for cars that is evident of any car enthusiast you will generally find Erin in his car doing more miles then the local cab driver, being a Porsche lover at heart he is always up to a debate about his knowledge of the brand or for that matter most European vehicles.
